  1. Privacy - We take the Clients privacy seriously and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protections Act 1998.

  2. Your Consent - Your use of our website signifies your consent to us collecting and using personal data about you as specified in this policy statement. Should you choose to change these terms for any reason, the changes will be posted on our website so that you will always be kept informed about the collection and use of your personal information when we disclose it.

  3. Collection of Personal Information - You may provide personal information when you communicate with us or when you request a specific service, such as subscription to a newsletter, to if you enter a competition or promotion. The type of information we collect this way may include your name, address, phone, fax number and e-mail address. Information gathered for this purpose will never be used for any other purpose or shared with any other companies. We will always give you the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter facility by replying to our e-mail with “unsubscribe” in the subject title. We will provide details of this in each newsletter that we send.

    We may collect personal information about you when you complete our disclaimer forms, for example, giving details about your age and health. This information will be disclosed to a third party activity provider involved in the running of your activity, by way of necessity, but, as this information may be sensitive personal information within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998, it will only be disclosed to any other third party with your express consent. We will never collect sensitive information from you without your explicit consent

    We also collect information through the use of automatic tracking devices on our website. We use software that collects statistics such as how many people are visiting the site, which pages they are looking at and how long they are spending on the site. When you visit some areas of the website, a “cookie” will be placed on your computer. This is a small file stored on your computer hard drive that enables our site to improve the quality of your visit. You may be able to set your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect the quality of your visit.

    It may be that you provide us with details of credit or debit cards or bank accounts in making payment to us. Any such information is “confidential financial information” and will be disclosed in accordance with the disclosure policy below.

    The information we hold will be accurate, relevant and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by mailing us or calling us. Any inaccuracies will be corrected promptly.

  1. Information Protection - We have strict security procedures covering the storage of your information to prevent unauthorised access and to comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. We may sometimes have to ask for proof of identity or for other personal information before we can process your call or enquiry further.

  2. Disclosure Policy - We may provide aggregate statistics about sales, customers, traffic patterns and information to third parties but these statistics will not include any information that identifies you. Any confidential financial information we collect is not to be disclosed to any third party save as required below.

    We reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to ensure that we comply with applicable laws and unlawful government requests.

    Details of our cancellation policy are set out in our terms & conditions. In addition to the cancellation policy in our terms & conditions, cancellation charges may apply if you are significantly late for an activity or if the instructor judges you are unfit to take part. In this instance no refund is available.

    If numbers alter between booking and the event date, we do try to remain flexible and give refunds back to our clients (less administrative costs) but this will depend on our supplier’s terms.

    If we cancel an activity for any other reason outside of our/your control (such as severe weather conditions), the first thing we will do is to try and re-arrange your activity or offer an alternative experience. If this is not suitable, we will give you a credit voucher, valid for one year and redeemable against any of our activities.
